Disaster Response & Mass Water ERU
A fast response is key in emergency situations. Developed in partnership with the International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies, the Disaster Response kits were designed with this in mind, providing basic water and sanitation for up to 10,000 people.
Pre-positioning the kits can make all the difference in an emergency, quickly providing basic water and sanitation facilities where they are needed most. The kits are designed on three levels: for household level, for small populations and for medium populations.
Our mass water and sanitation modules provide water to Sphere standards and basic sanitation facilities for a maximum of 40,000 beneficiaries.
They were developed in collaboration with the International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies and can be supplied as individual modules or as a complete Water and Sanitation ERU (Emergency Response Unit). These modules are similar to our Disaster Response kits, but for much larger populations.
